A store for every client. No fees on their orders.
Branded, on their own domain, with their products and their negotiated prices. Their people order; you fulfil. MergeTasks takes no cut of a store order.
Two kinds of store
Permanent
A program store that stays open: uniforms, onboarding kits, the standing catalogue. Departments, budgets, approvers and purchase orders all live on it.
Temporary
A pop-up for an event, a drive or a season, with a close date. When it closes, its orders and people attach to the client's permanent store, so nothing is lost.
What every store has
Their brand, their domain
Logo, colours and a custom domain per store. No "powered by" footer on the client's page.
Negotiated pricing
Price tiers and quantity breaks per store. The store shows the price you agreed, not a list price.
Curated catalogue
Pick the products, colourways and decoration placements each store may sell. Supplier catalogue data comes in; only what you approve goes out.
Departments and budgets
Each department gets a budget and an approver. Orders over the line wait for a yes before they reach you.
Group permissions
Who may shop, what they may see, what needs approval, by group. Executives, managers and staff don't see the same store.
Personalisation
Names, titles and departments on the item, captured at checkout and carried to the purchase order.
Virtual proofing
Artwork proofs on the line, approved by the client from the portal, with the approval stamped on the order.
Card checkout
Stripe checkout on the store, with the client's tax rate applied and the order created the moment payment lands.
Consolidated orders
Many small orders rolled into one production run and one set of purchase orders, when that's how you run the program.
Promo codes
Store-level codes for a launch or a thank-you, tracked on the order.
Three languages
The store, the checkout and the receipts in English, French or Spanish, set per client.
Client portal
Every store order, its status, its proof and its invoice, visible to the client without an email to you.
And it's one record all the way through.
A store order is the same order your production sees, the same order the purchase order is made from, and the same order the invoice is raised against. Nothing is re-keyed, so nothing drifts.
